Indrajith Sukumaran has been an integral part of Malayalam cinema for more than two decades. From lead hero to villain and supporting characters, Indrajith has donned several roles in his career and managed to leave a mark. Dileep played the titular character of Madhavan, a local thief, who is at odds with money lender Bhageerathan Pillai. Madhavan meets a strong opponent when SI Eapen Pappachi takes charge at the police station. Despite being one of his earliest works, Indrajith matched up to the performances of Dileep and the veteran Jagathy Sreekumar as Bhageerathan Pillai. Kavya Madhavan plays the female lead along with Harisree Asokan and Cochin Haneefa in supporting roles.
Solomon, who is part of a band at his village, is in love with Shoshanna, who belongs to a wealthy family. The film follows the events after Father Vincent Vattoli arrives in the village as the new recruit to the parish. Fahadh Faasil and Swathi Reddy play the lead roles of the star-crossed lovers, while Indrajith Sukumaran plays the young priest.
Indrajith Sukumaran played Vattu Jayan, in this political film, which mainly revolves around three people. Through the stories of SI Jayan, the communist Roy and the politician Sahadevan, the film takes a close at the political landscape of Kerala. Murali Gopy, who appears as Roy, has also penned this film. Hareesh Peradi plays Kaitheri Sahadevan.
Jayasurya, Prithviraj, and Indrajith Sukumaran play the lead roles of three youths in Amar Akbar Anthony. The lads from Kochi, who do odd jobs, dream of going to Pattaya one day. However, their carefree lives are upended after a brutal crime is committed in their neighbourhood. Namitha Pramod, Saju Navodaya, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Meenakshi Anoop, Srindha, and KPAC Lalitha are also part of the movie.
Indrajith Sukumaran once again dons the police uniform as as Assistant Commissioner Xylex Abraham, who assists Commissioner Sreebala in probing the disappearance of an actress. Manju Warrier plays the commissioner in the film, directed by Rajesh Pillai, while Kunchacko Boban also plays a key role.
