For a long time, audiences associated Jagadish with his comedy characters of Appukuttan from In Harihar Nagar and Mayinkutty from Godfather. After getting repetitive roles, the actor took a break from films, and made a stellar return, acing various character roles. The police personnel in Krishand's Purusha Pretham, the cunning villain in Marco and the irresponsible father in Falimy are only some of the roles that Jagadish aced in this second innings. Take a look at Jagadish's movies and where to watch on OTT.
Acclaimed filmmaker Krishand tells the tale of SI Sebastian and a bunch of cops after an unidentified corpse gets misplaced. Jagadish plays CPO Dileep, beautifully portraying his confusion and ordeals. Alexander Prasanth plays the lead role in the film, which also has Darshana Rajendran in a key role.

Unni Mukundan-starrer Marco is the most violent actioner from Malayalam. And Jagadish plays the cold-blooded villain Tony Isaac, who orders for the most cruel actions without batting an eyelid. Despite the bloody violence depicted in the movie, it went on to become a hit
Jagadish appears as Chandran, the father of Basil Joseph’s character Anoop. Chandran’s father, his two sons and his wife make up the dysfunctional family who set out on a trip to Varanasi. Jagadish brought to life the quirks and mannerisms of Chandran, who refuses to take responsibility of his family.
In Neru, Jagadish delivers a more nuanced performance as the father of an assault victim, Sara. Mohanlal plays advocate Vijayamohan who is fighting for the girl’s justice, while Anaswara Rajan makes a mark with a moving portrayal of Sara, who is also blind. Priyamani also features in a key role in the gripping courtroom drama.
Jagadish appears as himself in Rekhachithram, a mystery thriller film that is also considered an ode to Malayalam cinema. The film follows a cop (Asif Ali) who sets out to find out what happened to a junior artiste who went missing from a film set in 1985. Though he does not have much screen time in the film, it is Jagadish who gives some crucial piece of evidence that helps the cop to locate the victim’s origins.
