Here are the latest Tamil OTT releases from July 14 to July 20 to watch on Aha, Prime Video, Netflix, Sony LIV, theatres, and more

As we step into a new week, it is time for new releases. With notable releases coming out last week, the upcoming week will have a few but notable releases that you can stream next week. Here are the Tamil releases you can watch both on big and small screens this week.

Kuberaa is a social drama thriller, which is headlined by Dhanush. The Tamil-Telugu film is directed by Sekhar Kammula and also features Nagarjuna, Rashmika Mandanna and Jim Sarbh in prominent roles. The film is about four beggars who are chosen to be benamies in transactions held to commit a financial fraud for a business tycoon under the supervision of a former high-ranking officer. The film has music by Devi Sri Prasad.

Sattamum Needhiyum is an upcoming Tamil web series which stars Saravanan in the lead role. It is directed by Balaji Selvaraj in his debut and also features Namritha MV in an important role. The show is produced by Sasikala Prabhakaran under the banner 18 Creators. With the courtroom legal drama, which will explore the themes of justice, conscience, and courage, Sattamum Needhiyum is about how an ordinary citizen stands up against a powerful system, as the voice of the oppressed.
Bun Butter Jam is an upcoming Tamil drama written and directed by Raghav Mirdath. The film features Raju Jeyamohan who won Bigg Boss Tamil 5, alongside actors Saranya Ponvannan, Devadarshini, Charlie, Michael Thangadurai and others. Bun Butter Jam is a romantic comedy film, which explores the themes of coming-of-age, romance, comedy, and is narrated in a light-hearted way.

The Sasikumar-starrer, which was expected to release last week, got postponed after the makers faced last-minute financial troubles on the day of release. Featuring Lijomol Jose, Sudhiv Nair and others, Freedom is based on real-life events when a group of Sri Lankan Tamil refugees escaped from Vellore Fort by digging a tunnel after they were detained for a long time for the investigation surrounding the assassination of the former Indian Prime Minister.
