Set in a typically Indian culture, the show features his family and a group of his friends as they navigate relatable situations through humour, with Titoo always finding a clever solution to the problems he creates.

He is mentored by his 60-year-old uncle, the retired Hawaldar Pilekar (Pillu Kaka), who does his best to keep the energetic teenager in line. Simmba however prefers to do things his own way. This show is also set against the backdrop of typical Indian culture.
