Sasikumar plays the role of an ambulance driver.

Subramaniapuram 

Subramaniapuram is a 2008 Tamil film, which is directed by Sasikumar, who also starred and produced the film. It features Sasikumar, Jai, Swathy, Samuthirakani, and Ganja Karuppu and others. The action romance drama is a period film which revolves around a group of friends in Madurai, with the themes of friendship, betrayal and romance in the screenplay. It also marked Sasikumar's first directorial film and went on to become a cult classic, with Anurag Kashyap saying the film inspired him to make Gangs of Wasseypur.

Naadodigal 

Naadodigal is a 2009 action drama helmed by Samuthirakani. The film's cast includes Sasikumar, Vijay Vasanth, Bharani, Ananya and Abhinaya, among others. The film revolves around three people who help their friend elope and unite with his love against all the difficulties and opposition. After the success of the film, a spiritual sequel was made titled Naadodigal 2.

Sundara Pandian 

Sundara Pandian is a 2012 film helmed by SR Prabhakaran and features Sasikumar and Lakshmi Menon as the leads, while Vijay Sethupathi, Inigo Prabhakaran, Soori, Appukutty, and Soundararaja appear as supporting characters. The film revolves around a rich landlord's son who, in the process of helping his friend's love, gets to know that the girl is none other than his former lover. It so happens that she falls in love with the protagonist once again.

Nandhan 

Written and directed by Era Saravanan, Sasikumar-starrer film is about an underdog living in a rural area, as he has to overcome obstacles posed by his societal status. Apart from Sasikumar, the film also stars Bigg Boss-fame Suruthi Periasamy, Balaji Sakthivel, Samuthirakani, S Mathesh, Mithun Bose, GM Kumar and others.
