Featuring #90s fame Mouli, the comedy caper was released on September 5, 2025, which also saw Anushka Shetty's Ghaati and Sivakarthikeyan's Madharaasi hit the screens in Telugu. Sadly, neither of these films did much, as Little Hearts shocked one and all with its impressive collections.

Made on a budget of just Rs 2 crore, Little Hearts made an impressive Rs 1.3 crore on day 1. As the word of mouth was good, the collections doubled on day 2, as the film made Rs 2.5 crore. Things went to the next level on Sunday as Little Hearts clocked a whopping Rs 4 crore on day 3.
The comedy caper entered the profit zone on day one itself, and whatever the film is making now is pure profit for the makers. Directed by Sai Marthand, Little Hearts saw 90% occupancy in all its release areas. The positive word of mouth has spread so fast that distributors have added more screens in the last two days.
The main lead, Mouli, started his career by doing Instagram videos and YouTube short films. With Little Hearts, he made his big-screen debut and shocked one and all with his hilarious performance. Little Hearts is the story of a couple who are bad at studies and fall in love. How their weird relationship is showcased in a hilarious setup forms the basic backdrop of the film.
