Ever since the release date was announced, everyone trolled the makers, questioning why such a small film was releasing alongside Anushka Shetty‘s Ghaati and Sivakarthikeyan's Madharaasi. Well, the makers dared to release the film as they had a lot of confidence in it.

As expected, Little Hearts opened to solid word of mouth, and in fact, when compared to Ghaati and Madharaasi, it has opened well and has been declared a smash hit. The latest update is that Little Hearts has locked its OTT platform and will be out on ETV Win once it completes its theatrical run.
Not many know, but the youthful drama was supposed to be a direct OTT release, yet the makers backed out at the last minute and opted for a proper theatrical release. ETV Win has been bagging rights to clean family dramas, and Little Hearts belongs to the same genre.
