Lock Upp day 1 sneak peek: It's Kangana Ranaut vs Munawar Faruqui and things get intense

Kangana Ranaut's controversial show Lock Upp is all set to launch today. The makers have recently dropped an intriguing sneak peek video from the reality series ahead of its release. Bankrolled by Ekta Kapoor, the latest project features Nisha Rawal, Poonam Pandey, Munawar Faruqui, Babita Phogat, Karanvir Bohra as the first five contestants on the show.

The latest video features the controversial comedian of India, who can be seen in intense interaction with the host herself. From the look of it, the video seems a sneak peek from the introductory episode. Kangana asks Munawar if he has come to fight with her on the show. Later she accepts that she is just cracking a joke, to which the comedian replied that it wasn't that funny. 

Moving on the contestant can be seen getting serious during the conversation as he says, "I don't want to change anything from comedy. An artist hasn't been very successful in creating a revolution." On this note, the Bollywood actress seemed shocked. She later mentioned, "If we could then he should have got a capital punishment for his remarks." The talk which began on a funny note soon started to look like a cold war.

Meanwhile, Rakhi Sawant's ex-husband and one of the Bigg Boss 15 contestants Ritesh has also been offered the show. However, he discarded the news and mentioned to his fans on live video chat that he will inform them if he decides to go to the show.

Lock Upp is set to premiere on MX Player and Alt Balaji on February 27.
