Day 16 in the Lock Upp begins with Anjali Arora, Munawar Faruqui and Poonam Pandey discussing how Karanvir Bohra saw Anjali in the eye early in the morning. Munawar comes out in her support. Meanwhile, Payal Rohatgi, Sara Khan and Siddharth Sharma discuss how Munawar is two-faced.
Saisha Shinde and Poonam discuss about s** drive. Saisha talks about her changing drive as she switched from a man to a woman.
Shivam Sharma praises Munawar as a strong contestant. Meanwhile, Saisha tries to cheer up the comedian as he sleeps in one corner. The two discuss Saisha's feelings.
Poonam gets an argument with Nisha Rawal as the latter refuses to give Poonam a quilt which the Nasha actresss claims is hers. Poonam then calls Nisha 'b***dy housewives'. The latter later discusses the same with Payal, Babita and Siddharth at the dining table.
Payal and Babita from Team Orange finish before Karanvir Bohra and Munawar from Team Blue. Team Orange wins the task after cheating the first time.
Nisha and Poonam sort out their differences later on. Meanwhile, Payal tells Babita and Nisha about how she doesn't trust either Anjali, Poonam or Siddharth.
Amidst the chaos, the jailor announces Payal and Karanvir are nominated. The other contestants have to go in pairs for the nominations (chargesheet) round.
Saisha and Poonam discuss and while Saisha feels Munawar should go, Poonam feels Nisha should go. The two cannot come to a decision and the guard warns their names will go in the chargesheet if they can't decide. They refuse to take names nonetheless. Thus, Poonam and Saisha are nominated.
Shivam and Siddharth discuss next. Shivam says they should nominate Anjali while Siddharth goes dumbstruck. Shivam then warns they will add their own names to the chargesheet. Siddharth finally decides they will nominate Anjali.
Munawar and Babita go next. Babita picks Shivam while Munawar says Nisha is as weak as Anjali. Munawar refuses to name Shivam and gives Sara as an option, who Babita refuses to nominate. Thus, the two name themselves too.
Nisha and Sara discuss about Munawar and other contestants who are already on the chargesheet. Sara refuses to nominate Shivam and thus, Nisha and Sara are also on the chargesheet.
Sara Khan loses it on the makers when the kitchen gets shut down out-of-the-blue. Meamwhile, the guard asks everyone to come out of their dorm. He even gets Siddharth and Munawar, who were eating and unwell, out. The guard bonds with Munawar to bring him out in the kitchen area.
As Ali Merchant enters the jail, Sara walks out with Saisha. Meanwhile, he meets everyone except the two. Shivam also walks out and sits back in his dorm. Sara calls herself strong and someone who has seen life. She then says she is very bitter about him cheating, lying and doing stuff. Shivam hears her story. She says she has no grudges against him and is happy in her space. Meanwhile, Ali says he doesn't need to do anything for publicity.
Karanvir talks about his debut movie as a lead actor and how COVID-19 affected his life immensely. He says he has three-four cases on him for not paying money back. The actor adds that he has been taking work to clear his debt since 2015.
Sara tells Karanvir about how Ali was her first love but he cheated on her a lot of times. She says that Ali fooled her. Sara recalls the time as when people were burning her photos thinking that she and Ashmit Patel had something going on. That is when Ali proposed marriage to her and she agreed to it in order to stop the backlash. Calling the marriage illegal, Sara said that she immediately broke bonds after he cheated on her. She claims that Ali tried to get back with her a lot of times while she had moved on and was in other relationships. Sara then claims Ali cheated on her with Saisha too. She says the topic of wedding and the controversy breaks her heart. She clears that she won't be friends with him and said that she wanted to take action against him but he isn't important.
