While Prince had stated that he was dating Nora in Bigg Boss 9 house, she had outright denied it.

Day 51 in Lock Upp begins with Payal Rohatgi prayinf ti the sunlight. It is the first day for Prince Narula in the house and he talks about the dirty washrooms with Shivam Sharma, Kaaranvir Bohra and Munawar Faruqui. KV talks about how the washroom is always dirty and nobody hears it. Shivam then discusses the susu mudda with Payal. Munawar later brings the hair he cleaned to the dining table and Saisha Shinde and Poonam Pandey give him back.
Azma Fallah calls Zeeshan Khan 'mawaali bakra' and he shows her the middle finger. Shivam and Azma talk about Prince distributing duties and how she didn't get any. She soon gets vessels duty too and has an argument with Prince when he assigns her the duties. She then refuses to do any duty. Prince then states that he will give away the makeup and clothes in the locker room. He actually goes and takes Azma's luggage. Payal stops him from doing so but as Azma argue again, he takes her luggage again. Prince and Payal have an argument since Azma doesn't listen to Prince. Shivam and Munawar make fun of the situation.c

The new task is here. That is to make boxes. The losers will get bathroom duties till further notice. There will be only three winners in the task. With the task, Shivam's live commentary begins. Munawar makes the first box. KV goes next. Prince leaves the task and breaks Azma's box. Azma complains to the guard and keeps cribbing about Prince. He then breaks Munawar and KV's box. KV comes to fight with Prince. Munawar also complains to KV. The latter then promises to break other's boxes. He goes behind Munawar, who has an argument with KV while protecting his box. Munawar beats himself and breaks his own box. KV and Prince have an argument again and Prince leaves no opportunity for KV to make more boxes. KV goes to break Munawar's box but the comedian saves it.
Zeeshan's box is approved amidst the chaos. Prince then says he will throw Azma out of the show. He then says he won't break Zeeshan's boxes and KV attacks him. The two get physical but Prince comes in between. Zeeshan breaks KV's uniform and Prince pulls Zeeshan away. KV tells the guard that he will retaliate hard.
Azma and Prince's banter continues while Munawar continues protecting his first box. He takes the help of the guard. KV and Munawar go merry-go-round around the guard. Soon, Azma irks Prince by talking about Nora Fatehi. She then sings Dilbar Dilbar, which is when Prince gives it back. When she says that Sonu Sood also used Prince, he says that he is married and has a beautiful wife (in his Bigg Boss 9 co-contestant Yuvika Chaudhary). Prince then pulls Azma towards the cameras and tells everyone to give her five minutes. Munawar then tells KV he has 'loser behaviour' and he 'left the show' because of that. KV then gives him a warning to not go on his work.
Poonam Pandey breaks down during the task and Anjali Arora comes to console her. Prince comes to her rescue. Meanwhile, KV says Munawar and Azma are the same. KV then comes to Poonam too, which is when Prince reveals she beat her hand with the hammer. That is when the guard said everyone has to use gloves.
KV then argues that Zeeshan laughed at KV for doing 11 reality shows (and losing them). Zeeshan retaliates saying he didn't do it. Prince, however, supports KV. Munawar then roots for Anjali and Saisha Shinde.
Azma continues poking Prince by stating he has no friends or work and will clean toilets in Lock Upp. This time, Prince gives her a strict warning that she will get it if she gets personal with him. He warns to throw her luggage and does so too. She then warns she wouldn't do any work.
Prince apologizes and Shivam loses his calm which leads to chaos. Anjali has an argument with Shivam and calls him 'loser'. Munawar and Saisha go with their box. They don't have to do any duties. They have to decide which two kaidis get bathroom duties. They pick Ali Mercchant and Azma.
Prince warns the cameras that he will always give it back if Azma goes on his personal relationships. He asks if she is a troller. Prince tries to go and approach Azma, when Munawar stops him. KV also asks Azma to stop.
An angry Prince goes on Azma's past work too. She then asks Prince why Nora didn't give him any bhaav. He then describes Azma's work. When KV tries to stop him, Prince asks if KV did not retort when Mandana Karimi had said things about his wife and family. He says it is the same situation.
The groceries are here and Azma's luggage is back too. Shivam helps him too. She then says she will poke fun at Prince for his 'stupidity'.
Azma's poking continues. This time, she pokes Zeeshan stating his girlfriend Rehynaa Pandit requested Lock Upp makers to take him on the show. Zeeshan takes Azma's luggage this time and throws it in the guard area. He also tells Payal about how Azma behaved. Munawar then says Shivam will bring her luggage back and Shivam says he will because she's a good girl. Zeeshan, on the other hand, warns to break Azma's face with the hammer.
Prince and Shivam have an argument as Shivam supports Azma. Zeeshan and Azma's destruction continues. He takes Azma's evil eye too. Anjali helps Zeeshan. She gets violent with Azma and Payal stops Anjali. Then, they two have an argument. Azma breaks down after the incident. Munawar, KV and Shivam console her. Azma then accuses Anjali of not knowing how to shit either.
The guard makes Zeeshan take Azma's luggage back but throw out her clothes. While Prince requests Azma not to go personal with anyone, Shivam and Anjali have an argument.
Azma empties Zeeshan's second protein packet and seeing that, he pushes her. Payal stops him. Shivam shows how upset he is stating that he has misbehaved with both KV and Azma and so, he won't sit back and take it. Zeeshan then empties his protein packet on Azma. Munawar jokes now that she has the protein, she should work out. Prince tells Zeeshan that what he did was wrong. A crying Azma goes to the washroom and Shivam along with other kaidis follow. KV and Zeeshan argue. Payal tries to be with Azma but the latter has locked herself in the washroom. After everything, Shivam talks to Azma. Soon, Zeeshan comes to tease Azma. Even Prince and Ali try to stop him as Azma cries. Zeeshan then takes the protein shake and spreads it to Azma's bed, while she still keeps crying. On noticing her bed, Azma states somebody ruined her bed. Payal questions Ali who says he has no idea who did it. He then states he is upset that food is wasted and Azma states there can be 1000 proteins but she can't afford to lose her respect. She continues crying because of her condition. Shivam helps Azma get her clothes back with KV and Payal's help. Zeeshan then tells Prince that he will put that person in toilet who goes on his family or girlfriend. Prince gives it back to Azma for her statement to Zeeshan. The latter takes the broom and accidentally hurts Azma's eye. Prince defends Zeeshan and KV also questions Azma.
Prince accidentally agrees Nora is his ex. An angry Zeeshan then takes Azma's towel and pours more protein powder on her despite KV, Prince, Ali, Payal and Poonam stopping him. Poonam says that Azma is trying to get him out of the show but Zeeshan is in no mood to listen. Payal and Zeeshan have an argument and the latter brings Sangram Singh to the show again. Azma then questions that and states that why don't people speak up when Sangram's name is dragged on the show.
Prince and Poonam question Azma but she instead asks Poonam to shut up because the actress asked Azma not to be an 'abla naari'. Azma accuses Poonam of being attracted to Zeeshan.
Meanwhile, Payal challenges that she will make Prince lose Lock Upp amidst their argument. She also calls him Zeeshan's 'chancha'. Munawar makes a song out of their argument.
Shivam checks the make-up Zeeshan ruined and tells Munawar 'make-up ka malida ho gaya'. Munawar tells Shivam they would make something out of waste.
Azma continues crying on her bed. She asks the makers to throw Zeeshan out because she can't tolerate it anymore. Munawar then jokes Azma said her make-up is waterproof and lightens the environment. Prince then asks the cameras to focus on Saisha, who is away sleeping from all the drama that unfolds in the jail.
Prince asks the makers to let him show his powers on the show soon because he cannot keep calm. Meanwhile, Munawar and Shivam discuss how Prince knows everything about reality shows. Munawar is upset that they worked hard and Prince came to steal their thunder. He then blinks towards the cameras, confirming that he is brainwashing Shivam.
