Lock Upp promo: Kangana Ranaut arrests first contestant of the reality show, guess who

Now that only a few days are left until the premiere of Kangana Ranaut-hosted reality show Lock Upp, the makers are dropping hints about the contestants. In a new promo shared by the streaming platforms ALTBalaji and MX Player, an unidentified woman is sitting and talking about men who physically abuse their wives and girlfriends. As she is ranting about it to her makeup artists, two cops enter with handcuffs and claim that she is under arrest.

The unknown woman is shocked that she has done nothing wrong, while the police alleges that she is hungry for publicity. The promo ends with Kangana walking in style with a whilpash in her hand.

Earlier, in the teaser promo of Lock Upp, Kangana was heard saying that in this world, there are two types of people - One who likes her, and the other, the B-grade losers who keep her in the headlines by putting her down.

The actor added that now it's her turn, because she is delivering the largest reality show's baap. This is her prison, with her laws, where 16 controversies will be held captive, and it will be up to her to decide what will happen to the celebs.

During the launch event of the reality show, Kangana had revealed that she has already looked over each contestant's profile and is curious about their background. The actor claimed it would be a nail-biter of a show.

The Panga star also shared that she adored the concept and that Ekta Kapoor had created a fantastic show. This is why she agreed to participate.

Lock Upp will premiere on ALTBalaji and MX Player on February 27, 2022.
