Marvel Studios premiered its much-anticipated series on June 9 on Disney+ Hotstar. Apart from Tom Hiddleston reprising his role as Loki and Owen Wilson playing Mobius, the show also has Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku and Richard E Grant.
The main plot of the series follows the after-effects of Avengers: Endgame, where the Avengers go back to the past to acquire all the infinity stones, which unknowingly provides Loki a chance to escape with the tesseract to a new timeline. This lands him in trouble with TVA.
In a recent statement, Owen spoke about the TVA. “The Time Variance Authority is sort of responsible for the way the universe is unfolding. Their motto is, ‘For All Time, Always’.” New instalments of the six-episode series will drop every Wednesday.
