Yogesh, or Loose Mada Yogi, is set to reach a special landmark with Shoonya's Rosy. The film becomes Yogi's 50th credit as an actor and having etched a rather unique career for himself, he is keenly looking forward to playing the titular role in the gangster drama. The makers released the first look title poster recently to reveal Yogi's menacing avatar in the film.

However, just when things looked all 'rosy' for the young team, an issue concerning a title clash came to the fore to complicate the matter. Having recently registered the title of Rosy at the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce, it was brought to the attention of Shoonya & Co that a similar title called Rosy 45 has already been registered. While there is a clash here, so to speak, considering that the add-on of '45' separates the two, the fact that Rosy 45 is the title given to music composer Arjun Janya's directorial debut has made things slightly tricky.

Arjun Janya, for the unversed, is set to direct Shiva Rajkumar, Upendra and Raj B. Shetty in a commercial film that was earlier titled '45'. The team is said to have already registered 'Rosy 45' but is yet to make a formal announcement regarding the change. However, in the meantime, the Shoonya project and its title came to the fore.

Addressing the media about this, Yogi said recently, "Although both titles are valid at this point, we felt that the confusion should not cause any issues. So, Shoonya, the film's producer and I went and met Shivanna and I was able to tell him that I needed his help because this is my 50th film. I told him that it would be of great help if they could give us the title because we have already announced and publicized it. Without batting an eye, Shivanna immediately told us to not worry and go ahead with Rosy, adding that he will speak to the makers of his project (Arjun Janya and producer M. Ramesh Reddy). That's why we went ahead to make this formal announcement."

Rosy, as we are informed, is set to go on floors in May 2023 and the team is currently in the process of finalizing the technical crew. Shoonya, who make his directorial debut in 2022 with Head Bush, shared that he has been working on the idea of Rosy for close to 4 years.
