Love & War: This Special Ops 2 actor likely to join Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, and Vicky Kaushal's film for a key role

Ace filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali has cast Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, and Vicky Kaushal for his upcoming film Love & War. Every detail about this highly anticipated film excites fans. Now, according to the latest buzz, Muzammil Ibrahim has been approached for an important part in Love & War. He is known for his role in the Special Ops series. 

Muzammil Ibrahim to join Love & War

As per reports, Special Ops actor Muzammil Ibrahim has been approached by the casting team for an important character in Love & War. "While the details of it are being kept under wraps, it is a character with a grey shade and will play a poignant part in the story and the main conflict in the film. The actor is yet to give his nod for the part," the source shared.

Meanwhile, Muzammil was recently seen in Special Ops 2 as Avinash. His action avatar in Kay Kay Menon's series never fails to impress fans. 

Love & War goes global

Love & War becomes Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s first film in 26 years, which will be shot abroad. A source told Bollywood Hungama that the filmmaker is known for making grand and visually spectacular films but he hasn’t gone abroad for the same for his films like Devdas (2002), Black (2005), Saawariya (2007), Guzaarish (2010), Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-leela (2013), Bajirao Mastani (2015), Padmaavat (2018) and Gangubai Kathiawadi (2022). Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1998) was the last film for which he travelled abroad, to Hungary (depicted in the film as Italy), to shoot a crucial sequence of the second half.”

The source continued, “But for Love & War, there’s a requirement of a foreign location. Hence, the filmmaker travelled to Rome, Italy, for a recce earlier this month. The film is expected to be shot in the Italian capital and maybe, a few more places in Europe, later this year.”

The source further mentioned that SLB will be shooting intense face-off sequences between Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal. The report also states that about 100 days of shooting have been completed till July, and another 90 days of shooting are left.
