Love Me is Ashish Reddy's new film, which has been produced by his uncle Dil Raju. The film also stars the happening Vaishnavi Chaitanya as the female lead and is all set to hit the screens on April 25, 2024. But we, at OTTplay, have come to know that the makers are planning to postpone the film to a later date.
Going into details, Dil Raju is apparently not at all happy with the low buzz for Love Me. He held an audio release event and even had the Oscar-winner MM Keeravani perform the film's songs. But all this has not helped the film at all.

So, the latest news in the film circles is that Dil Raju has decided to postpone the film and is looking to release it in the second week of May 2024. He is holding discussions with his team and a few distributors for the same. Dil Raju's last film, Family Star, ended as a massive disaster at the box office, and the news is that the ace producer does not want the negative vibe to continue with Love Me as well.
Love Me is a special film in the careers of Ashish Reddy and Vaishnavi Chaitanya, as it is their second film. The horror thriller is produced by Dil Raju's daughter Hanshita Reddy, along with Harshith Reddy. The teaser of the film gives the idea that Love Me is a romantic thriller.
This is the first time that Dil Raju's team is trying something this unique. Arun Bhimavarapu directed this film, which has camerawork by PC Sreeram. Vaishnavi Chaitanya, who is high on the success of Baby, did not appear in most of the promotions, and this has given the film a low buzz. So, in the days to come, Dil Raju has etched some solid plans for the release and will announce a new date. Watch this space for more updates.
