Parineeti Chopra has been making headlines since she was recently spotted a few times with Aam Aadmi Party leader, Raghav Chadha. Amid fresh rumours that the two are getting engaged soon, an old interview of Raghav has resurfaced online. In the clip, Raghav ditched the question of choosing between an arranged or a love marriage, and instead said that he was looking for marriage.

The rumoured couple have been making public appearances together in Mumbai and Delhi in the past few days. The two have been spotted at airports and were also seen having meals together. However, neither Parineeti nor Raghav has commented on their relationship yet. The talks about their engagement are also surfacing online, after MP Sanjeev Arora congratulated and wished the new couple. Parineeti's Tiranga co-star and singer Harrdy Sandhu also confirmed their relationship by saying that he had congratulated her on the recent developments.

In 2022 interview with Unfiltered by Samdish, Raghav had hinted at his desire to get married, but dodged the question of whether he preferred a love or arranged marriage. "I am looking for marriage," he had stated, adding, "Apki nazar mein koi ho achi ladki toh batayega”.

Adding to the speculation, Parineeti was seen visiting fashion designer Manish Malhotra, leading to rumours of an impending engagement. She also posted a picture of herself wearing spectacles on social media, with fans speculating that the nickname 'Chashmish' could have been given to her by Chadha.

Amid all this, an old interview of Parineeti has also resurfaced, in which she had expressed her reluctance to marry a politician. "The problem is I don't want to marry any politician. There are too many good options, but I don't want to marry any politician ever," she had said in an interview with Bollywood Hungama.

The actor was last seen on the big screen in Sooraj Barjatya's Unchaai, alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Danny Denzongpa, Neena Gupta and Sarika.
