Maa Nanna Superhero: Sudheer Babu, Sai Chand join forces for a father-son drama

Commemorating Father’s Day, Sudheer Babu has announced a new film titled Maa Nanna Superhero. He’ll be joining forces with director Abhilash Reddy Kankara, who rose to prominence in the OTT space with shows like Ekkadiki Ee Parugu and Loser for ZEE5. Aarna plays the female lead in the film which is gearing up for a release this monsoon season.

Sai Chand plays Sudheer Babu’s father in the father-son drama backed by Sunil Balusu under V Celluloids and CAM Entertainment. “Presenting the title of #Sudheer17, #MaaNannaSuperhero. The father-son tale unfolds amidst a journey, where the characters discover the true meaning of love and connection. The poster released today features a father and son on a road trip in a scenic location in Kerala. A board even depicts a lottery ticket number and the prize money for the winner. The feel-good glimpse promises a meaningful, emotional and equally refreshing drama.

Sayaji Shinde, Raju Sundaram, Shashank, Aamani, Harshith Reddy, and Annie play other key roles in the film. A bulk of the cast has already essayed key roles in director Abhilash's web shows as well. MVS Bharadwaj, Shravan Madala and Abhilash Reddy Kankara have co-written the film while Sameer Kalyani is the cinematographer and Anil Kumar P is the editor respectively. Jay Krish scores the music.

Jhansi Gojala is the production designer and Maheshwar Reddy Gojala is the creative producer for the same. Raju Sundaram is the sole dance choreographer and Rajini is the costume designer. The production house V Celluloid, another division of UV Creations, has produced films like Kalyanam Kamaneeyam, Ek Mini Katha, Manchi Rojuloachaie previously.
