The film, directed by Madonne Ashwin, has Aditi Shankar playing the leading lady
The much-awaited trailer of Sivakarthikeyan's Maaveeran is finally here! Going by the quirky trailer, Sivakarthikeyan plays a timid cartoonist, whose sketches on the fictional character Maaveeran seem to come to life. And everytime the character comes to the fore, there is a sudden burst of energy and courage in the usually cowering Sivakarthikeyan. He also starts behaving in a weird manner.
His actions seem to put him in constant loggerheads with one of the leading politicians in his town, played by Mysskin. Going by the trailer, it looks like Maaveeran will have many interesting moments to watch out for. Sivakarthikeyan seems to have slipped into his character effortlessly. In a sneak peek of Aditi Shankar's character, she plays Sivakarthikeyan's colleague. Maaveeran seems to be straight up Sivakarthikeyan's sleeve.
