Maidaan actor Rudranil Ghosh to collaborate with Ajay Devgn again?

Ajan Devgn’s Maidaan was recently released. The sports drama tells the story of the celebrated Indian football coach Syed Abdul Rahim. The film features several Bengali actors and Rudranil Ghosh is one of them. He plays a special role here. Now, he got a new offer. Ajay was so impressed with his work that he made this offer to him. 

The audience liked Rudranil in the film. Ajay Devgn also liked his acting and hence offered a new film to Rudranil. A few days back, Rudranil got the offer to work in the film Maa, produced by Ajay Devgn. The film features Kajol, Indraneil Sengupta, and Ronit Roy. The shooting of the film recently took place in Kolkata and Bolpur. However, Rudranil was busy campaigning for the upcoming general election and hence could not do the project. 

In the future, Rudranil will be seen in a Bollywood web series where he will act alongside Kay Kay Menon. 

In Maidaan, Rudranil plays the role of Subhankar, a sports administrator. According to sources close to the team, Ajay has been calling him by that name. Rudranil was seen hanging with Ajay in the film’s premiere. He was shown posing with Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar during the special screening. 

Maidaan was released on May 10. Ajay Devgn plays the protagonist here. Rudranil Ghosh, Aryann Bhowmik, and Amartya Roy are seen in other important roles.
