Nani's Dasara: Censors mutes all the cuss words, makers not happy
Dasara is a film that everyone is waiting for eagerly. The film is all set for a release on the 30th of this month in multiple languages India wide. Nani plays the main lead and he is on a promotion spree for the last few days. The film is done with its censor and has obtained an U/A certificate and is all set for release.
We have come to know that the film has multiple cuss words and the board members have asked the makers either to change the words or mute them. Dasara is a period film set in the Singareni coal mines. It has a mass setup and is filled with local Telangana dialect. So, the trailer shows multiple cuss words which have become a talking point as well.
Seeing this hype, the censor has asked the makers to remove them. But the team is not at all happy as they feel that these words are from daily usage in Telangana. They feel that censors should have gone easy on them. But they are confident that such words will not dilute the effect of the scenes as the drama is quite high.
Dasara has Keerthy Suresh playing the female lead and Malayalam actor, Shine Tom Chacko is playing the baddie. Santosh Narayan has composed some hit music for this film which has been produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri on a massive scale. Srikanth Odela is making his debut as a director with this film which is Nani's costliest so far in his career.
