Makers of Nithiin’s Robinhood shoot action packed interval sequence in Hyderabad

Telugu actor Nithiin who was last seen in the 2023 film Extra Ordinary Man, is currently working with director Venky Kudumula for a film titled Robinhood. While the makers had revealed the first look poster about a month ago, a new update about the film's progress is here.

A new action-packed schedule of Robinhood has begun in Hyderabad. The upcoming film is backed by Mythri Movie Makers production banner.

Robinhood new schedule begins

Actor Nithiin will be once again teaming up with director Venky Kudumula. The duo has already worked in the 2020 romantic comedy film Bheeshma. In the upcoming film, Nithiin is set to essay the role of a thief with the capability to steal anything from anyone. A glimpse revealing the title teaser was released in January, showing

Expected to be a dark comedy thriller, the makers have begun shooting the interval action block recently in capital city of Hyderabad. Ram-Laxman masters are coordinating the stunt sequences which is expected to come in the crucial portion of the film.

Robinhood is backed by producers Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under Mythri Movie Makers banner. The film has music scored by National Award Winner GV Prakash Kumar. The technical team of Robinhood includes Sai Sriram handling the cinematography, while Prawin Pudi is the editor and Raam Kumar is the art director.

Rashmika steps out

When Robinhood was first announced, it was said that actor Rashmika Mandanna who played the female lead in Bheeshma, will appear in the upcoming project too. It was announced that VNR combination is back. However, due to the actor’s conflicting schedules, Rashmika left the project. A replacement for her role, is yet to be announced officially by the makers, although speculations suggest that Sreeleela might step in.

Apart from Nithiin, the film also features actors Rajendra Prasad and Vennela Kishore in important roles. The makers are yet to announce the release date of the film. Meanwhile, Nithiin was last seen in Extra Ordinary Man, an action-comedy film written and directed by Vakkantham Vamsi.
