The Malayalam film industry is mourning the loss of popular actor and comedian Kollam Sudhi, who tragically lost his life in a car crash. Sudhi was involved in a fatal accident that occurred in Thrissur during the wee hours of Monday, resulting in his untimely demise. He was 39. 

The incident took place when Sudhi, along with his colleagues Binu Adimali, Ullas Aroor, and Mahesh, was returning from an event in Kozhikode. According to reports, their car collided with a goods carrier, causing severe damage to the vehicle. The exact cause of the accident is unknown. 

All the victims were rushed to a nearby hospital. Despite the efforts of the medical staff, Sudhi's injuries proved fatal, and he succumbed to his severe head injury. The news of his sudden demise has sent shockwaves across the Malayalam film and television industry. 

Binu Adimali, Ullas Aroor, and Mahesh also sustained injuries in the accident. They are currently receiving medical treatment at a private hospital in Kodungallur. The extent of their injuries has not been disclosed, but they are expected to make a full recovery.

Kollam Sudhi had gained popularity as a television personality and mimicry artist before making including as Kattappanayile Ritwik Roshan, Kuttanadan Marpappa, Kesu Ee Veedinte Nadhan, Escape, and Swargathile Katturumbu Kollam.

The news of Sudhi's tragic demise has left the Malayalam entertainment industry and his fans in a state of shock and grief. Social media platforms have been flooded with tributes and messages of condolences for the talented actor and comedian.

Sudhi is survived by his wife Renu and his son Rahul.
