We had earlier reported that Malayalee From India, the recently released Malayalam film starring actor Nivin Pauly in the lead role, will have a digital premiere soon. The film is now available for streaming on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium as well.
Malayalee From India is directed by filmmaker Dijo Jose Antony, with a script penned by Sharis Mohammed. It released in theatres on May 1.

After its theatrical run, Nivin Pauly-starrer Malayalee From India, has finally made its OTT debut. You can watch the film on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium right now. The film is available in its original language Malayalam, as well as in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, and Marathi.
The satire film revolves around a worker of Nationalist party being caught in a web of political and personal turmoil. After he is forced to relocate to Middle East, meeting a supervisor from Pakistan, changes his life and perspectives for good.
The film is directed by Dijo Jose Antony, and also stars actors Dhyan Sreenivasan, Anaswara Rajan, Manju Pillai, Shine Tom Chacko, Salim Kumar and others.

Upon its release, Malayalee From India did not fare well at the box office, even after expectations had hyped up following Nivin Pauly’s super hit cameo appearance in Varshangalkku Shesham.

Malayalee From India, according to OTTplay's review, is a humorous and dramatic satire of the present socio-political situation that is at times moving and entertaining. It is produced by Listin Stephen for Magic Frames and has music scored by Jakes Bejoy. The others part of technical crew consists of Sudeep Elamon as the cinematographer and editing by Sreejith Sarang.
Meanwhile, Nivin Pauly will also be making his comeback in Tamil with director Ram’s Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai. The makers are yet to announce the release date. In Malayalam, the actor has Dear Students, co-starring Nayanthara.
