Payal Rajput made heads turn with the film RX100. Her bold role was the talk of the town, and she became an overnight sensation in Telugu cinema. But sadly, she has not seen much success after RX100. The same is the case with director Ajay Bhupathi as well. His second film, Maha Samudram, was also a big flop at the box office.
So, both Payal Rajput and Ajay Bhupathi have teamed up for a mystery thriller titled Mangalavaaram. Well, the trailer for the film has been released today, and it looks intriguing and thrills to the core with some gripping visuals and a thumping BGM.
The film is set in a small village, and the promo showcases mysterious deaths happening every Tuesday. This aspect has been covered beautifully with amazing visuals and sound design. Ajay Ghosh and Krishna Chaitanya are seen in negative roles in this film.

Payal Rajput is introduced late in the trailer, and she has a connection with all these deaths. After RX100, she is once again portraying a bold role in the film. Ajay Bhpathi has made sure that he captures the imagination of the audience with his strong screenplay and intrigue factor, which are nicely created through the trailer.
Payal Rajput enters with a smile on her face and a desire in her heart. Surprisingly, she meets a tragic end. The trailer concludes with a shot of a woman relaxing in a bathtub that is left open. This gives the idea that the film is going to be dark and intense as well.
Mangalavaaram is produced by A Creative Works and Mudhra Media Works. Ajaneesh Loknath of Kantara and Virupaksha fame is composing the tunes. The movie will have a multilingual release on November 17.
