Manasanamaha, the popular Telugu short film, starring Viraj Ashwin, Drushika Chander and others in pivotal roles, is on a record-breaking spree. The short, that grabbed over 900 national, international honours across various festivals to date, has broken another record. 

Directed by Deepak Reddy, Manasanamha is now the first and the only Telugu short film to have been declared as the Best Short Film at the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival. Produced by Shilpa Gajjala, the short film went onto be dubbed in multiple languages including Tamil and Kannada as well.

Srivalli Raghavendar, Prudhvi Sharma too essay crucial roles in the short film. Manasanamaha revolves around a guy coming to terms with various heartbreaks in his life and describes his various romantic escapades in the form of seasons. Now, the filmmaker behind it is all set to make a feature film based on the short soon.

The technical crew comprises cinematographer Raj Edurolu, music composer Kamran as well. While the film's male lead Viraj Ashwin is currently doing Baby with Hrudaya Kaleyam director Sai Rajesh, Drushika has already made her presence felt in aha's direct-to-OTT release Buchinaidu Kandriga.
