The film revolves around a visually impaired Victor getting killed by a business tycoon's son. Now, this starts a revenge saga which centres around Victor's brother Marco.

Written and directed by Haneef Adeni and produced by Shareef Muhammed under Cubes Entertainments, Marco also stars actors Siddique, Jagadish, Abhimanyu Shammi Thilakan, Kabir Duhan Singh, Anson Paul and Yukti Thareja. The film is considered as one of the most violent Malayalam films ever released and went on to be a commercial success financially.
