Marco out on OTT a day earlier than announced! Here's where to watch Unni Mukundan's action thriller

Unni Mukundan-starrer action thriller Marco was undoubtedly the most awaited film on OTT this year. The Haneef Adeni directorial was slated to release on Sony Liv this Valentine’s Day. But fans are in for a surprise, as Marco has already released on Sony Liv a day earlier. Here's everything that you need to know about Malayalam’s most violent actioner, starring Unni Mukundan.

Marco out on Sony Liv

Marco, which released in theatres on December 20, 2024, has made its OTT premiere on SonyLiv on February 13, 2025. Marco has hit the OTT platform a day earlier than announced, but we are certainly not complaining. You can also watch the Malayalam action thriller on OTTplay Premium as well.

Marco is available for streaming in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada on Sony Liv. The Hindi version is not available on the streaming platform, and we do not have an update on when and where the Hindi version will make its OTT debut. Those of you who do not know any of the South Indian languages will have to watch it with English subtitles.

And this is not the first time that the platform has released a Malayalam film a day in advance. Joju George's Pani also premiered on the platform a day early in January 2025. 

Marco plot and cast

Unni Mukundan stars in the titular role of Marco, unleashing his most brutal avatar on screen yet. The action-packed film follows Marco as he sets out on a quest for revenge after his stepbrother is killed. 

The film, with its relentless scenes of violence that did not even spare women and children, has claimed the spot for the most violent actioner from Malayalam.

Not just the leading man, the antagonists played by Jagadish, and Abhimanyu Thilakan are portrayed as cold-blooded villains who will also go to any extent to settle scores.
