Masaba Gupta and Satyadeep Misra tied the knot on Friday morning in an intimate ceremony. The couple made the announcement via their Instagram pages with a sweet caption. The renowned fashion designer and actor shared two photos, one of which shows them both posing in royal attire and the other getting romantic.

Masaba wrote, "Married my ocean of calm this morning. Here’s to many, many lifetimes of love, peace, stability, and, most importantly, laughter. And thanks for letting me pick the caption! This is gonna be great!"

Her wedding was a heartfelt event, with family, friends, and her nearest and dearest in attendance. During an interaction with Vogue India, Masaba revealed that she wore a piece from the upcoming House of Masaba bridal line, as did Satyadeep. She hinted that it must be the launch of her new collection too.

The bride defied subtle tones for a more maximal combination by choosing a barfi pink raw silk lehenga with gold embroidery and a lime green dupatta with a wallflower motif, arguing for the return of colour to wedding attire. Masaba claimed that the key is to combine traditional methods with modern ones. It is both contemporary and adaptable, and it is also deeply personal. It has a kitsch quality.

Talking about an intimate wedding ceremony, Masaba went on to reveal that a simple court marriage was all they had. The plan was to keep it small and only have their immediate relatives there. Since they won't be celebrating in a major fashion moving forward, they felt that keeping it very private was the best thing to do. But there will also be an intimate gathering of roughly 80–85 people who have shared meaningful connections with Satyadeep and her.

Talking about a quiet ceremony, Masaba said that they decided on something intimate because they both want to avoid squandering obscene amounts of money. They are incredibly private individuals who want to spend special occasions with their loved ones in their company. Masaba and Satyadeep have both been there, and they realised that it makes no sense to do things that will make one feel stressed on such a significant day.

For both of them, this is a really private time, and they wanted to cherish it above all else. Couples occasionally make the mistake of making it more about getting approval from others for what they're doing. That wasn't anything she wanted, and they both failed to get it. This was supposed to be about them.
