The much-awaited teaser of Action Prince Dhruva Sarja’s Martin is here. The film, produced by Uday K Mehta, directed by AP Arjun (who launched Dhruva with Addhuri) is based on a story by the actor’s uncle, Arjun Sarja, and is one of the most anticipated films of Sandalwood this year. So far, the entire team of Martin have been tight-lipped about the subject of the film and the teaser that came out moments ago does not offer much in terms of the storyline still, but what it makes crystal clear is that the film is going to be an action-packed tale of patriotism. There is still no word on the release of the film, though.

Martin had earlier been announced as a September 30, 2022 release, which was pushed further, as there were delays in the making, with the team shooting only the climax for a whopping 52-odd days. Dhruva, who is known for his action, just as much as his lengthy monologue delivery, gets to focus on the former more in the film, according to Arjun, who says that the actor doesn’t get too many lines in Martin. The film boasts action pieces by Ravi Varma, Ram-Laxman, Ganesh and Mass Mada. For the film, Dhruva had bulked up massively and looks humungous onscreen, with Satya Hegde’s camerawork presenting him with the right amount of gravitas. More recently, Dhruva was in the news when he presented a line from the film at a public event, which netizens deemed crass.

The film starring Dhruva Sarja along with Vaibhavi Shandilya, Anveshi Jain, Chikkanna, Malavika Avinash, Achyuth Kumar, Nikitin Dheer, Nawab Shah, Rohit Pathak and others, has been mounted on a massive scale. The film will be released in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi.
