The fan favourites are back with Masaba Masaba Season 2 after a nerve-wracking wait, and no, we're not talking about Dhairya waiting for Masaba. They certainly turned up the heat this time. The women are prepared to put on their vibrant prints in the hopes of better futures; the time for heated messes and puked-on gowns is past.
Neena and Masaba Gupta, the well-known mother-daughter team, return and decide it's time to restart their careers. While Masaba plans to put the past in the past and concentrate on the future of her brand and herself, Neena is getting ready to recreate a well-liked show from her past. Masaba understands that both she and "House of Masaba" are prepared for a complete branding. While she is ready to rule the fashion industry, life, as usual, has other plans for her. After meeting two really attractive guys, a pregnant new publicist, a Qaynaat, and a very thirsty mother, Masaba realises that her life is full of obstacles.
Will she succeed in finding a balance between her profession, her love, and her life? Or would obstacles like uncertainty, sorrow, fear, and rivalry appear?
Masaba Gupta expressed her excitement for season 2 by saying that filming it was so weird given the pandemic and everything that has happened since season 1. Due to the wide variety of songs this season, it was unique. It's not only about her mother and her taking back their lives; it's about everyone else around them finding their own identities.
Masaba hopes Season 2 does the same for everyone who gets to watch it on Netflix on July 29. It touched her heart in so many ways and made her laugh, weep, and feel warm on the inside.
