MasterChef India season 7 new promo: Chef Garima Arora explains the difference between instant & freshly ground coffee

After a few pressure tests as well as tough challenges, the home cooks are set for a new upcoming task, which is going to be quite tricky and hard as they will have to keep an eye on a box which will surprise them with new ingredients amid their ongoing task. The makers have dropped a new promo video that sees the contestants struggling to work with unknown ingredients.

The promo begins with Chef Garima Arora explaining the difference between instant and freshly ground coffee to Gurkeerat. "The way instant coffee gets instantly mixed in milk or cream, the ground coffee doesn't. So if you are straining it, then make sure you are using a thin strainer. Because raw coffee bits are not delicious." The home cook agrees with the MasterChef Indian judge and nods.

Moving on the Micheline star chef goes to Shanta's cooking station and asks her about her cooking plans with her chicken. The home cook answers that she is going to make chicken confit. The judge gets a little worried and tells her that her dish looks really difficult as a confit cooks really slowly, while the contestants say that she can manage.

The makers shared the latest promo video with an informative note on YouTube that reads, "When home cooks enter the kitchen today they were given eggs to pass the pressure test. The contestants were to fight to save themselves from elimination. In the second round, they were to use the eggs and yolks remaining from the first round. Home Cooks have to create an innovative and presentable dish to secure their position in the next week. Which cook will be able to save themselves? (sic)."
