MasterChef India season 7 new promo: Ranveer Brar schools Priyanka after getting disappointed by her Choux pastry

MasterChef India season 7 is getting even more interesting with the new challenges among the home cooks. After Goa, the contestants are back to the MasterChef kitchen for a new task. The makers have unveiled a new promo that sees the contestants in immense presence.

As soon as the promo begins, home cook Naziya's voice appears from the background as she explains that 16 minutes are left in the competition, her Indian sweet dish is ready to go in the tart base, but her tart is not completely ready. She further explains that she is not able to bring the accurate colour in her tart. After that, she reveals what other elements of her dish are prepared. 

Moving on Judge Ranveer Brar arrives at home cook Priyanka's station and asks her about the developments of her dish. He asks her if her mayonnaise is ready or not. She replies that her mayonnaise is unfortunately not ready and due to that, she is shifting to plan B. The star chef further teaches an important trick and further explains why she was not able to make her mayonnaise. "You made basil oil, but basil oil's water is curdling your mayonnaise. If you are making mayonnaise from this leaf then you need to separate the oil from the water. This mayonnaise cannot be made from basil oil. Do not even try," says Brar.

The Indian chef-actors further schools Priyanka after he gets disappointed by her Choux pastry and says that it is not the perfect or her best. "You have 15 minutes, make your day better. This is not your best Choux pastry," he requests the contestant.

Behind the scenes, Priyanka reveals her disappointment in herself and says that she should have made something easier and simpler.
