Masterchef India has been known for a great representation of food not only from India but all over the world. Fans love watching the contestants creating new dishes on the show as well as showcasing their uniqueness as a cook.

Masterchef India is known for the great representation of food all over India and even the world. It lets the contestant bring their uniqueness to the show and cook some extraordinary dishes during the challenges. In a recent 'immunity pin challenge' Nayanjyoti Saikia, Aruna Vijay, Priyanka Biswas, Suvarna Bagul and Kamaldeep Kaur were given the challenge to cook a dish around a protein.

All the contestants got to work with fish, while Aruna was allowed to cook with paneer.

The makers dropped a small sneak peek video from the episode that sees the three chefs judging the five dishes. They call Nayanjyoti's dish first. While tasting it, Vikash Khanna says, "Guys, give a round of applause for this (the shape of the pasta)." "First of all, the core of the dish is the fish and it is completely bland. There is a technique called basting, which means that all our flavours are on the pan where the fish is and we can induce all those flavours with the desi ghee on the fish," the star chef tells the home cook.

Moving on Ranveer shares his thought on the dish and says, "Ghee has picked basil very well but that sauce is not able to add to your dish properly." However, the actor-chef further adds, "Sincere is the word for this dish." Garima Arora calls Nayanjyoti's technique a good effort, while Vikas praises his pasta again.
