The judges in MasterChef India are now giving tough challenges to the contestants to find the finest chef of season 7. At the beginning of the show, Chef Garima Arora gave a pan-Asian cuisine challenge to the home cooks, meanwhile, now Ranveer Brar is set to teach a few Japanese dishes to the participants in their upcoming task.

The makers have unveiled a new promo video that sees the chef-actor of India introducing to all the challengers about Japanese bento box and also explaining how it is similar to an Indian tiffin box. Brar sets the bento box as he explains, "A Japanese lunch box, which is being used for over 1500 years as everyday lunch. This one box is nutritionally perfect because it has all the components, proteins, carbs, and micronutrients. Bento box is an emotion. For Japan, it is a bento, for us a tiffin. But to connect all there is only one thing emotion."

During the Japanese lunch box, the home cooks seem quite confused as well as in hurry to prepare their tiffin before time as contains multiple dishes in one box. Some contestants forget to add protein to their lunch boxes, while some seem competing with time. Meanwhile Brar, Vikas Khana and Garima Arora come to their rescue an help them out in the mid of their task.

Sony Entertainment Television shared the latest promo video on their official Instagram handle with a special caption that reads, "Japanese bento box banaane ka challenge hai humare homecooks ke saamne, ye international dish wo banayenge bade mehnat, lagan aur emotions se! Dekhiye #MasterChefIndia, aaj raat 9 baje, sirf #SonyEntertainmentTelevision aur #SonyLIV par. (sic)."
