Meesha OTT release date: When and where to watch Kathir-Hakim Shahjahan's latest thriller online

Kathir's Malayalam debut film, Meesha, will be available online to watch soon. The action thriller, which also stars Hakim Shahjahan in the lead role, will be streaming on Sun NXT and OTTplay Premium from September 12.

The movie is making its OTT debut on these popular platforms a month after its theatrical release. Meesha will be accessible online from 12 am on September 12. Apart from Malayalam, the film will also be streaming in Tamil. Manju Warrier's Footage will also be available on the same site from the first week of September.

The most important part of Meesha, according to the OTTplay review, is how it examines friendships and how it collapses when greed and envy take front stage. The film also examines how different categories of society are impacted by the underlying mechanisms of political power.

Meesha plot and other details

Forest warden Midhun invites his trusted companions Anandhu and Imodh to visit him for a feast after they have been apart for a few years. These friends are concerned about this unexpected invitation because their relationship has been impacted by a number of unfortunate events. The revelations and open conversations that occur during this feast compel them to think again about their views on trust, forever changing each of their lives. Meanwhile, a group of people who were tasked with bringing in deer meat for Midhun's gathering find themselves in an untenable situation in the forest. 

Meesha's supporting cast includes acclaimed filmmaker and actor Jeo Baby, Unni Lal, Srikanth Murali, and Sudhy Kopa. The female lead in this thriller is a debutante, Haslee. Emcy Joseph, who made his feature film debut with Soubin Shahir-starrer Vikruthi, directed this movie. Sooraj S Kurup composed the film's background music and soundtrack.
