The makers of the upcoming Malayalam film, Meesha, has dropped a teaser today (June 21). The clip shows a glimpse into the plot as well as the main characters played by Hakim Shajahan, Tamil actor Kathir and Shine Tom Chacko. Kathir is making his Malayalam debut with this action drama, which is expected to release in theatres soon.

Unexpected problems, however, cause them to drift apart and become erratic in their intentions and actions. Shine Tom Chacko plays a negative part as well. Set in a remote forest area, the teaser also features some heated moments between the protagonists. In this film, Kathir is depicted as portraying a Malayali character. Cast and crew of Meesha
Emcy Joseph, who made his directorial debut with Soubin Shahir-starrer Vikruthi, has directed this movie. Meesha's supporting cast includes Sudhy Kopa, Srikant Murali, Unni Lal, and Jeo Baby. Sajeer Gafur is producing the film under the Unicorn Movies' label. Meesha's line producer is Sunny Thazhuthala. Ratheesh Palode and Unni C are the chief associate directors. "Shades of Yellow" is the tagline for Meesha. Sooraj S Kurup has composed the movie's soundtrack and background score. Capital Cinemas will bring the film in theatres. A trailer and an exact release date is expected from the makers in the coming days.
While Hakim played a lead role in the recent Malayalam films, Kadha Innuvare and Kadakan, Kathir appeared in Suzhal: The Vortex. Kadakan is streaming on Sun NXT and OTTplay Premium. Kathir, who rose to fame with his performances in films such as Pariyerum Perumal and Vikram Vedha, is expected to make an impressive debut with this Malayalam movie.
