Michael trailer: Sundeep Kishan revolts for love in this Vijay Sethupathi, Gautam Menon gangster drama

Sundeep Kishan needs a solid hit under his belt to make a comeback. So, he has pinned all hopes on his new film Michael which boasts a plethora of stars playing key roles. Directed by Ranjith Jayakodi, the trailer of the film was released today. Sundeep Kishan is seen in the titular role with a dark past. He revolts against his own men in this gritty gangster drama filled with dark visuals.

Note director, Gautam Menon plays one of the villains in this film and he looks menacing. He dubs Telugu for the first time and has a solid screen presence. The icing on the cake is the presence of Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi who is also seen in a negative role. His role is not highlighted much and has been kept a secret. Supporting Vijay Sethupathi is Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, who is seen in an intense avatar. Her and Vijay Sethupathi's combination looks lethal.

Divyansha Kaushik plays the female lead and the entire story revolves around her. The gangster setup, gritty visuals, and action-packed scenes only give an idea that Michale is going to be high on drama and action. Sam CS's background lifts the trailer and gives it an intense feel. Kiran Kaushik's camera work is superb as the mafia setup is established nicely in the trailer.

Michael also becomes special as the romantic hero, Varun Sandesh is seen in a negative role for the first time in his career. Finally, Sundeep Kishan is seen in an aggressive avatar in the promo. He has worked on his body and has presented himself in a new way with this film. His role and the dialogue "I am doing everything just for a girl" sums up the whole story of Michel that it is a film with a backdrop of revolt for love. Produced by Karan C productions LLP and Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP, this film will be out in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam on February 3rd worldwide.
