Minus One: New Chapter: Shooting in old Delhi was a wonderful experience for Ayush Mehra and Aisha Ahmed

Ayush Mehra and Aisha Ahmed, who are coming back together on-screen with the new season of Minus One: New Chapter, say that shooting at live location in old Delhi in front of several people was a wonderful experience.

Sharing their experience, Ayush said, "Shooting in Chandni Chowk was like shooting with 500 people surrounding you at all times. We had bouncers, security, and other people looking at us. That day it felt like, yes, we are actually shooting."

He added that in between shots, there were people who would approach the actors to say 'hi', as both are quite popular with young audience, thanks to their multiple OTT releases.

Chipping in, Aisha said, "Shooting in Delhi was lovely. There was obviously great food coming for every meal because I've been in Mumbai for so long that I've forgotten what good food tastes like. This was also the first time I shot at a live location."

"We couldn’t hear ourselves. People were constantly hooting and cheering. One thing I'll never forget is that we could hear people going around and saying, 'Akshay Kumar aa raha hai', and Ayush and I were looking at each other and thinking, ‘Bro? Akshay Kumar?’ We didn't know that," she recalled.

Minus One: New Chapter is a nuanced and unflinching tale of love, heartbreaks, and friendship between Varun and Ria, and how they do not end up getting their happily ever after. It is all set to release on February 14 on Lionsgate Play.
