Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty : The OTT rights of Anushka, Naveen Polishhety starrer locked-Exclusive

Anushka is a massive star in the south and is doing only a select few films in her career disappointing her fans. It has been five years since we saw her in a Telugu film. Anushka played the female lead in a film called Nishabdam which was also a direct OTT release. Now, five years later, she is doing a romantic drama called Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty which also features Naveen Polishetty as the male lead.

Well, the film is back in the news as we have come to know exclusively that Zee 5 has bagged the OTT rights of the film for a fancy price. What's more special is that they have bagged the satellite rights as well. If you go back in time, the Hindi and Tamil version rights of the film were also bagged by Zee5 for a big amount.

Prabhas's home banner, UV Creations has bankrolled this film and Mahesh Babu P has directed it. The makers are yet to fix the release date but the film will be surely out in June or July as per our sources. The film is about a 40 year old lady falling for a young man played by Naveen Polishetty.

It has also been quite a while since we have seen Naveen Polishetty in action as his blockbuster hit Jathi Ratnalu came out two years back. Fans of Anushka and Naveen are eagerly awaiting this film which is a modern day take on relationships and has been made on a decent budget. For now, Zee 5 has bagged the OTT rights of the film.
