One movie that is making the right noises in the Telugu film industry currently is Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty, featuring Anushka Shetty and Naveen Polishetty in the lead roles. It now appears that the movie is going to be remade in Hindi and is in the pre-production stage currently. The makers are trying to finalize the cast and Kartik Aaryan, we hear, is under consideration for the film.

What is Ms Shetty Mr Polishetty all about?

Ms Shetty Mr Polishetty is the story of a woman in her 40s who wants to get pregnant via a sperm donor. Ms Shetty aka Anvitha Ravali Shetty is played by Anushka, while Naveen is seen in the role of Sidhu Polishetty. He is the sperm donor who meets Anvitha and thereon begins their journey of finding themselves and eventually, love in one another.

In 2023, Kartik was seen in Shehzada opposite Kriti Sanon. This was followed by his cameo appearance as Rahul in Ranbir Kapoor-Shraddha Kapoor’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar.
