Fans are eagerly awaiting to watch the much-anticipated Indian adaptation of Modern Love, created by prolific filmmakers of the Indian film industry. The streaming giant Amazon Prime Video will be first releasing the Hindi version of the anthology series Modern Love: Mumbai first, which will dwell on the intense love stories. The forthcoming web series has brought six of the most prolific minds of Hindi cinema together who will narrate six distinctive stories which will unfold to the audiences in different moods.

The anthology series consists of six episodes, helmed by Shonali Bose, Hansal Mehta, Vishal Bhardwaj, Alankrita Shrivastava, Dhruv Sehgal and Nupur Asthana. Recently, the filmmaker Alankrita Shrivastava opened up about her segment, ‘My beautiful wrinkles’.

In her statement, Alankrita talked about the story and her character. "It was very instinctive because of what the story tells about the character Dilbar, where we need to sometimes remind ourselves that it doesn't matter what age we are but life is still beautiful," she said adding that the character also rediscovers herself in a certain way which changes a lot of things around. "So I feel it was the best title we could ever give," she said.

The segment My Beautiful Wrinkles features Sarika who plays the role of a 60-year-old woman, Dilbar Sodhi, who has to deal with a young man's romantic interest in her. She will be sharing the screen with Danesh Razvi and Ahsaas Channa.
