Amazon Prime Video series Modern Love: Mumbai has won the hearts of the audience with its stories, depicting different shades of love set in the city of Mumbai. The show has been highly praised for the stories and performances of the actors, especially by actor Fatima Sana Sheikh. Fatima has been heaping praises for her portrayal of Lali in the episode Raat Ki Raani. The episode in the anthology series is directed by Shonali Bose and also stars Bhupendra Jadawat and Dilip Prabhavalkar.

The actor Fatima has now shared a few unseen photos from the sets of the show. She also wrote a wonderful message in which she thanked all of her staff members and the film's director. In her long heartfelt post, she also thanked her fans who have reached out to her and said that they were inspired by her character Lali. Fatima can be seen in the photo series, wearing her character's outfit Lali and the bruises she had, falling off the bicycle that she rode in the film.

Mumbai Modern Love, an anthology film has six love stories, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, Hansal Mehta, Shonali Bose, Dhruv Sehgal, Alankrita Shrivastava, and Nupur Asthana. Baai, My Beautiful Wrinkles, Mumbai Dragon, I Love Thane and Cutting Chai are the rest of the episodes featuring in the anthology.

The show is the Indian adaptation of the American show, Modern Love, based on the well-known New York Times column. Apart from Shaikh, Modern Love: Mumbai also stars Tanuja, Pratik Gandhi and Ranveer Brar, Bhupendra Jadawat, Dilip Prabhavalkar, Sarika, Danesh Razvi, Ahsaas Channa, Tanvi Azmi, Masaba Gupta, Ritwik Bhowmik, Prateik Babbar, Aadar Malik, Dolly Singh, Chitrangda Singh and Arshad Warsi. The Indian adaptations of the show also include Modern Love Chennai (Tamil) and Modern Love Hyderabad (Telugu), which are yet to release on the streaming platform.

Meanwhile, Fatima was also featured in Thar with Anil Kapoor and Harshvardhan Kapoor. She will also appear in Dhak Dhak, directed by Tarun Dujeda, and Sam Bahadur, directed by Meghna Gulzar, in which she will co-star with Vicky Kaushal.
