Mohanlal's Malaikottai Vaaliban trailer promises action-packed scenes; netizens can't wait to witness LJP's magic on big screen

The makers have unveiled the trailer for Mohanlal's eagerly awaited 2024 movie, Malaikottai Vaaliban. On January 18, the film's cast and crew members released the trailer on social media platforms. The movie, which is directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery , is set to hit the big screen on January 25.

Aside from releasing the trailer on social media, Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi Konidela also wished Mohanlal, Lijo Jose Pellissery, and the team luck on the film's release.

The trailer teases a powerful performance from each of the film's characters and provides a glimpse into their personalities as well. In addition, a lot of intense action sequences and eye-catching cinematography are promised.

In contrast to the teaser, which gave away very little about the plot or the characters, this video also shows that the movie explores a range of human emotions, including betrayal, grief, love, and retaliation.

A fan described it on Twitter as "a perfect blend of Mohanlal's presence and Lijo Jose Pellissery's vision." "Mollywood cannot withstand Mohanlal's power," said another.

A few others have commented that the visuals live up to the hype in the meantime.

Mohanlal and Lijo Jose Pellissery’s Malaikottai Vaaliban

Mohanlal is portraying Malaikottai Vaaliban, a wrestler who established himself as the undisputed champion across various regions, in this movie. Malaikottai Vaaliban is predicted to be the actor's first successful release of the year, raising anticipation for many of his other projects, including L2: Empuraan and his directorial debut.

On its opening day, the film is also anticipated to bring in a significant amount of collection. Online ticket platforms have begun offering advance booking options for the film on January 18.

Hareesh Peradi, Bengali actress Katha Nandi, Marathi actress Sonalee Kulkarni, Manikandan R Achari, Manoj Moses, and Suchithra Nair are also among the supporting cast of this movie, which was filmed mostly in Rajasthan and Pondicherry.
