Mollywood star Prithviraj also on KGF duty today; to launch KGF-Chapter 2 Malayalam trailer

In just a few hours, the much-awaited trailer of KGF: Chapter 2 will be launched in all five languages – Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi – at a star-studded event in Bengaluru hosted by popular Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar. Hombale Films, the makers of the KGF saga, has already enlisted Ram Charan to launch the Telugu version for fans who cannot be at the event. And now, it is the turn of Mollywood star Prithviraj to join in on KGF duty.

The Malayalam version, as it turns out, is going to be launched in the digital space by Prithviraj, who is presenting the film in the Kerala market. Taking to social media, the official handle of Hombale Films read, “We are delighted to announce @PrithviOfficial will release our #KGFChapter2 Malayalam trailer. #KGFChapter2TrailerDay #KGFChapter2Trailer at 6:40 PM today on http://bit.ly/HombaleFilms (South) & http://bit.ly/ExcelMovies (Hindi) YT Channels”

The trailer launch event in Bengaluru amid media from across the country, will include the trailers being screened on a big screen today in the presence of the cast, including Yash, Srinidhi Shetty, Prakash Raj, Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon, as well as director Prashant Neel, music composer Ravi Basrur and cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda, among others. Fans who have been waiting for this glimpse from the film get to see the south versions on Hombale Films’ YouTube channel, while the Hindi version will be on the Excel Entertainment page.

KGF: Chapter 2, which is releasing worldwide in theatres on April 2, is being presented in North-Indian markets by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment and AA Films.
