Month of Madhu is a film that has become a hot topic of discussion ever since it was released. Firstly, the trailer of the film caught the imagination of one and all and now the verdict of the film has created a new controversy of sorts.

The family drama has been directed by Srikanth Nagothi and has the likes of Naveen Chandra and Swathi in lead roles. The film was released this Friday, October 6, 2023. The film started with a very dull word of mouth and most of the reviews have been negative.

Looks like this has not gone well with the team who attended a press meet and slammed the critics who rated the film low. The director Srikanth did not mince his words and slammed the critics and their reviews of his film as lazy writing.

In a very angry tone, Srikanth said that there are few who loved our film and we respect them but the biggest media houses who have slammed our film did not even watch the film properly. Adding to that the female lead, Swathi said she has even suffered a lot from one particular website that trashed her private life in public and now such sites have ridiculed her film by giving low ratings.

The way the team trashed the reviewers has become a talking point all over and has given the needed buzz for the film. The makers are already upset that their film did not receive proper theatres.

4 So, in the days to come, we need to see whether Month of Madhu gains momentum or not. The film is based on a couple who is on the verge of getting divorced and has some beautiful emotions as shown in the trailer.
