Moving in With Malaika: Arhaan tells mom Malaika Arora that he doesn’t look like her. Netizens have hilarious reactions

Malaika Arora’s new reality show, Moving in With Malaika which airs on Disney+ Hotstar, is back in the news again, but perhaps not for the reasons that the diva would have wanted. A clip from the show is doing the rounds on the internet, in which Arhaan Khan – Malaika and ex-husband Arbaaz Khan’s son – is seen telling Malaika that he looks nothing like her. Arhaan adds that the mother and son also have nothing in common.

Soon after, netizens began reacting to the clip, from everything from commenting on Malaika’s supposed plastic surgery to how ungrateful rich kids are.

One comment read, “Bhai ki sangati ka asar”, another posted, “A normal day in a life of SOBO/Juhu ultra rich families”, while yet another wrote “Maybe he’s just pissed he inherited none of her good genes”.

Some others commented on the fact that Arhaan is just a result of having divorced parents, while also referring to Malaika’s relationship with Arjun Kapoor. “I can understand where he's coming from, he is probably still hurt from their divorce. Seeing his mom with someone else must sting inside even if he doesn't say it.”

Moving in With Malaika has been slammed for being scripted and not doing what it claims – giving an unfiltered view into Malaika’s personal life. Comments on the clip also alluded to this, with posts such as, “Why should I not believe that this is pure script ??” and “Bro, you know this is fiction, right? This whole thing is scripted, don’t waste your emotions on this.”

Malaika’s relationships are being scrutinised and commented on  with the increasing popularity of the show. However, the show has been labelled as cringe or a guilty pleasure, and is being roasted by many.
