Rebba Monica John plays the female lead in this thriller. Interestingly, Mrityunjay is set to release in theatres on February 27, 2026. On the same day, another Sree Vishnu film, Vishnu Vinyasam, is also scheduled for release. 

It has been a long time since a popular hero had two releases on the same day. In the past, stars like NTR and Chiranjeevi achieved such a feat in the 1980s. Now, Sree Vishnu seems to be repeating history.
