M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story: Sushant Singh Rajput, Disha Patani, Kiara Advani starrer to re-release in theatres on THIS date

M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story is one of the most celebrated films of Sushant Singh Rajput throughout his life. Written and directed by Neeraj Pandey, the biographical drama chronicles the success of India's most deserving and loved cricket captain M.S. Dhoni. It was out in 2016 and considered a block-buster hit across the globe, and now it is all set to exclusively re-release in Indian theatres on 12th May across theatres in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Some films do not need any special occasions to be revisited by the fans, and MS Dhoni: The Untold Story is one of them. As the biopic has been incredibly special for the filmmakers as well as for Indians all over the world, the producers have decided to release it on big screens again with an aim to give Dhoni's fans across the country another chance to relive cricket's most magical moments on the big screen. Bikram Duggal, Head - Studios, Disney Star have shared the same in a recent official statement.

According to the makers, it is a special chance for fans to salute the cricketing legend one more time.   

The production giant, Star Studios, announced the latest news on their official Instagram handle by sharing a poster of the 2016 film with a special caution that reads, "Jab Mahi phir pitch pe aayega, pura India sirf "Dhoni! Dhoni! Dhoni!" chilaayega. M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story Re-Releasing in cinemas on 12th May (sic)."

Meanwhile, not only the cricket legend's epic story, but fans are also elated to see the late Bollywood star, SSR , performing on the silver screens again. Netizens seemed quite excited with the announcement by Star Studios and shared their reactions in the comment section of the IG post.
