Dance appears to be one of Kamala Khan's numerous talents! The title character, played by breakout star Iman Vellani, gets down with many friends and family members at her brother Aamir's (Saagar Shaikh) wedding in a new clip from Ms. Marvel's third episode, which will premiere on Disney+ on Wednesday.

The video features Vellani and her friends dancing to the Dil Bole Hadippa title track, originally picturised on Rani Mukerji and Shahid Kapoor. They are seen showing off their moves and enjoying the sequence to the fullest.

Sana Amanat, the program's executive producer and co-creator, tells People that having a Pakistani wedding on the show was crucial to her. She explained that having a dance sequence at a wedding is essentially a rite of passage if you're Pakistani or Indian. It's something she did as a kid, and it's one of her best memories.

She goes on to say that's why they felt it was critical and interesting to have one in this show. It's not meant to be perfect or complicated; rather, it's designed to be a happy celebration of families coming together while also serving as a window into our rich cultural past that we hope our audience will appreciate.

Amanat added that this is the whole show's goal, really, a happy celebration of who they are while encouraging the world to dance along with them.

Kamala Khan's heroic alter ego is Ms. Marvel, and she is a Muslim American teen from Jersey City who is a huge Captain Marvel fan. Kamala has spent much of her life feeling like she doesn't belong until she discovers that she, too, has superpowers, just like the heroes she admires.

The 19-year-old performer told People that she found out she got the part on her last day of high school, while she was with her best friends, who were unaware that she had auditioned.

Ms. Marvel streams on Disney+ Hotstar in India.
