MS Raju directorial 7 Days 6 Nights wraps a challenging schedule in Goa

Noted Telugu producer MS Raju is more enthusiastic than ever in tapping into the filmmaker in him to the fullest potential after the surprise success of his last directorial Dirty Hari. Dirty Hari, starring Simrat Kaur, Shravan Reddy and Ruhani Sharma, was released on the OTT platform aha in late 2020 and theatres earlier this year. He's now directing another film titled 7 Days 6 Nights starring his son Sumanth Ashwin, Meher Chahal in lead roles. The team recently wrapped a challenging schedule in Goa amidst torrential rainfall and the delicate COVID-19 scenario in the tourist destination.

The team of 7 Days 6 Nights comprising over 100 people shot with four cameras in the schedule. They'll next be heading to Mangaluru and Udipi for the next schedule soon. MS Raju is introducing over 16 actors and technicians in the film including actors Rohan, Krithika Shetty, cinematographer Nani Chamidishetty and composer Samarth Gollapudi. Ace editor Junaid Siddique is also part of the project. The lead actor Sumanth Ashwin, in collaboration with S Rajinikanth, is bankrolling the film under Wintage Pictures and ABG Creations.

MS Raju is confident that 7 Days 6 Nights is an ideal follow-up film for him as a director after Dirty Hari. He believes that the film's strength is its intriguing narration, though it'll have a simple story. He's happy with the performances of his lead actors Sumanth Ashwin and Meher and expressed his excitement about introducing many untapped talents through the project. The makers plan to release another poster of the film shortly. The post-production formalities are going on simultaneously and the film may release by the end of the year.
